These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thecleaningstandardnc.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by The Cleaning Standard NC LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Site, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
We provide residential cleaning services across Wake Forest, Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, and the surrounding Triangle, North Carolina area, including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, vacation rental cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Quotes provided through our Site are estimates; final pricing is confirmed before your first clean.
Booking and Payment
By booking a service, you authorize us to perform the requested cleaning at the address you provide. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service. We accept payment through our secure payment processor.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description: The Cleaning Standard NC offers an SMS messaging program to send service-related communications, including quote responses, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders, and follow-up messages to customers who have provided their phone number and consented to receive text messages.
Opt-in: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact or quote form, or by otherwise providing your number and agreeing to be contacted by text, you consent to receive text messages from The Cleaning Standard NC at the number provided.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your scheduled services.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
To opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. You may receive additional messages confirming your opt-out.

Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy: Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number or messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cleaning Standard NC LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
